📦 1. Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping charges?

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may apply at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders within 48 to 72 hours.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a unique tracking link will be sent to your registered Email and WhatsApp number. You can click that link to track your shipment in real-time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Our website is built on a highly secure platform with 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring your payment data is completely safe and confidential.

My payment failed, but the money was deducted. What should I do?

Don't worry! This usually happens due to a network glitch. The amount is automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days. If you face any issues, share your transaction details with our support team.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer a Hassle-Free Exchange Policy if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Please initiate an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I request a replacement?

Simply email us at support@veliqa.in or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and a short video/unboxing photo showing the issue. Our team will arrange a free reverse pickup.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before it gets dispatched. Once the order leaves our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

🛒 4. Managing Your Order

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address. Please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp/Email with the correct details.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can easily check out as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders faster and unlocks exclusive discounts.
