Vistora Domestic Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vistora. The following terms and conditions constitute our Domestic Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of ₹50 (Free for orders over ₹499)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen regional circumstances, extreme weather, or carrier backlogs.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible pincodes. A nominal COD convenience fee of ₹40 applies to selected orders. Please ensure you are available to receive the package and pay the exact amount at the time of delivery.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Non-Delivery

Vistora is not responsible for shipment failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed minus the shipping fees.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Vistora is liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at support@vistora.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
